I wish I never bought my laptop

When I first bought my HP laptop I thought it was an amazing laptop because it looked very nice because of the shiny black look it had and smooth edges, also the laptop worked really well, but after some use the laptop became slow and started to look warn. When I first got the laptop the screen was crystal clear but after a year of having it the screen started to get lines across it. After more use the battery life stared to not last as it used to and finally the battery life died completely and it had to be plugged in to work. When I bought my laptop for £600 I expected it to last more than two years.

In my opinion my laptop was put together cheaply and made to look good on the and run well for a sort period of time, this is called Planned obsolescence, companies do this so your likely to buy a new product of them. In my opinion this makes me not want to buy for the same manufacturer and think more about buying from another manufacturer.  I was also very disappointed with the company as it was know on the website as a known problem but they would still not cover it on warranty. When I got to by a new laptop to replace my broken one I will defiantly not by a HP and think more about buying an Apple Mac as I know they durable.
